About us
iMARES is a research group, from Institut de Ciències del Mar (ICM-CSIC), that develop research projects and initiatives that investigate, assess, monitor and advance the knowledge needed to progress in the conservation and sustainable use of marine resources and ecosystems, with an integrated view of ecological, social and economic benefits and trade-offs.

The Barcelona City Awards 2025 will be presented during an institutional ceremony held at the Saló de Cent of the Barcelona City Hall on 11 February 2026 at 18 p.m.
Attend in Person
The event is organized by the Institut de Cultura de Barcelona.
