iMARES is a research group at the Institut de Ciències del Mar (ICM-CSIC) that develops research projects and initiatives to investigate, assess, and monitor marine resources and ecosystems. Our work advances the knowledge needed to support their conservation and sustainable use, taking an integrated approach that considers the ecological, social, and economic benefits and trade-offs involved.
